• Any invitations in the podcasts to call LBC should be ignored as the discussions are no longer active.
• Any invitations in the podcasts to text LBC should be ignored otherwise you will be charged the cost of a text. (Standard Network Charges)
• Any invitations to email the programmes should be ignored however the programmes will still receive your email.
• Any content heard in any podcast may not be relevant at the time of downloading.
• Podcasts may take up to 48 hours after broadcast to be made public.
